Unhelpful agent

When I queried a 45% increase in premium, suggesting a mistake had been made, the agent was quite offhand and dismissed the suggestion. However he did reduce the premium but still not to a competitive level. I suspect this was a 'one off' experience as I have had good service in the past. Reviewed on: 7th October 2025
