Fantastic Customer Service

Process to Renew my Car Insurance Policy was extremely easy to use online. I queried my initial quote and spoke to a helpful and knowledgeable member of staff, who provided me with a much better quote after changing some elements of Insurance that I no longer required. In my few years of using one call insurance, I’ve had one claim for accidental damage that was dealt with quickly, efficiently and to my satisfaction. A windscreen replacement was dealt with similarly. Reviewed on: 7th October 2025
