Fantastic Customer Service

Process to Renew my Car Insurance Policy was extremely easy to use online. I queried my initial quote and spoke to a helpful and knowledgeable member of staff, who provided me with a much better quote after changing some elements of Insurance that I no longer required. I was then offered a Platinum 3 Year Price Fix which was ideal in this current financial climate. I accepted and thanked her for a fantastic service. Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

Excellent Service.

In my few years of using one call insurance, I’ve had one claim for accidental damage that was dealt with quickly, efficiently and to my satisfaction. A windscreen replacement was dealt with similarly. Reviewed on: 7th October 2025
