Courteous response, repair garages frustrating!

Had damage to my car caused by a deer running in front of me. When reported photos were required & a claim started, however, the repair garages, were advised, then changed over & over & over again, more photos required but I was then in hospital recovering from hip replacement surgery, which meant further photos were not possible. After several weeks the repairs were carried out, car returned & a good job done. Reviewed on: 7th October 2025
