Once in 42 years is one too many

First and hopefully last incident , so needed step by step guidance of system and extreme patience because not very computer savvy. Taken completely out of my comfort zone and plonked down into a morass of insurance jargon and rules. The kind lady explained clearly with humour and patience. She made the fog lift from my brain. Reassured me and was very concerned for how I felt. Than you. I even contemplated giving up driving..1st claim in 42 years of paying insurance but I felt so well treated that I gained my confidence back. Easy switch of broker

Changed to one call after a ridiculous price hike from another well known insurer. Reasonably easy to do business with after they sorted out some website issues. Reviewed on: 11th September 2021
