Completely useless at dealing with my problem.

Completely useless at dealing with my problem. Phone and live chat operatives giving different information and unable to give straight answers. Passing the buck from each other.will not requested car insurance with them ever. And have told other not to go through them either. Totally useless company and money grabbers.
