My Experience with One Call Car Insurance

My experience is good one because anytime l’m looking for any information regarding my Car Insurance, I can access it very easily by logging into my One Call Portal and all information is found in one place. I had a problem with my car

I had a problem with my car after the engine blew up on bank holiday Monday and I had a very important appointment on the Tuesday so after calling the breakdown service through one call who made sure that we were safe and well till the break down service arrived but I had an important appointment on the Tuesday so my neighbour said I could use his car so I contacted one call to see if I could use my neighbours car on my insurance which I could without any extra charge Reviewed on: 7th July 2026
