Have been with one call for years.

Long term quality service

I have insured several vehicles over 20 years with One Call. They were the new boys on the block but set the standard with clear Ts&Cs, high spec insurance at a competitive value for money (VFM) price. When I had the misfortune to have a car drive into me, One Call fought my corner and preserved NCB. It is easy to speak to a human and the team are excellent and well informed. The roadside assistance is excellent with clear communication as always. I have had to challenge One Call a couple of times at renewal and they have risen to the challenge of finding high spec insurance at a VFM cost. Reviewed on: 6th July 2026
