I chatted with agent JO1 about changing my car insurance policy to a new vehicle. I was not expecting to chat, I had before that tried phoning (at about 3 pm) and found that the customer service number was 'closed', which was a surprise. However JO1 answered my questions clearly and gave me the advice I needed so I have given 5 stars for that. Reviewed on: 13th August 2025

Holly was very helpful! :)

Although Holly was very helpful I did find the lapse in time while waiting was for a response was about 2-3 mins each time. Also previously another customer gave me incorrect information regarding my Gold cover for Breakdown insurance. Reviewed on: 13th August 2025
