Excellent Quality & Service money value

After taken care of insurance out I had a small problem and O-C-I actually sent me emails and direct phone number to speak to one to one customer care solved the problem excellent service my house insurance is due mid September without I doubt will be heading back to O-C-I keep the great service ( WELL DONE ) Reviewed on: 7th August 2025

Only Downfall

Rating not quite to the Max due to confusions on renewals and always having to ring to confirm keeping to exactly the same Policy, automatic renewal offers slight different policy to previous year Reviewed on: 7th August 2025
