Impressive first impression.

I have only recently moved across to One Call from the AA and they have given me all the details I need in the event of a claim, provided me with the policy and insurance certificate, and phoned me to go through aspects of the policy, which is extremely reassuring. Platinum Insurance is a life saver .

They really supported me when I was involved in a no fault accident, but it was just as my insurance was due to be renewed, and the premium increased, but I was offered a different insurance which really helped me, and I have just renewed again, so grateful for their support Reviewed on: 7th August 2025
