Outstanding Cover

When contacted for information or breakdown they replied/responded immediately great customer service always. The customer care team are very polite/informative/knowledgeable and always ready to help. The Platinum package really works for me and is value for money. Very professional will always assist with any enquiries. Customer service staff are all very polite. Will always look at different options with my car insurance quotes. A rare find

They’re the only insurance company I’ve ever done business with that has lowered my premiums. Switching my policy to a new car was surprisingly painless and they’re great for the occasional travel insurance policy as well. Reviewed on: 7th August 2025
