Automatic renewal gives price drop

With automatic renewal activated, the premium price decreased. That is most welcome. Website is fairly easy to navigate, but waiting times to reach an online chat assistant are too long. Reviewed on: 7th July 2026

I have used One Call Insurance for my car insurance...

I have used One Call Insurance for my car insurance for a number of years now and I can hand-on-heart say that my experience with them has been excellent. When our car was broken into while we were on holiday in France, they made things so straight forward and easy for us, I just couldn't believe it. Compared to my experience with other insurance providers, it was a bit of a shock! Each year they provide a fair price for renewal but are happy to discuss if I can find cheaper elsewhere. The One Call customer portal is easy to use and if you call them, there is rarely a long wait to get through. I highly recommend using One Call for it's insurance products. Replaced my long used insurer, 2 expensive.

Having been with 1 firm for years I had to change as the premium increases were unaffordable. One Call came to my rescue with easily obtainable insurance at an agreeable price. No fuss, good comprehensive cover. Reviewed on: 7th July 2026
