Breakdown Service Inadequate

Having taken out breakdown cover with "unlimited callouts" I was told recently I would not be attended to as the same issue occurred twice. I endured very long wait times on the phone before being able to speak to anyone, and I was given a different story depending on who I spoke to. Reviewed on: 28th July 2025
