Very disappointed with call centre

Took out extra breakdown insurance on my policy and when my engine management light came on phoned up. Was told by the person to just keep driving my car till something else happens. Was very disappointed by this response from them. Reviewed on: 24th July 2025

Really good service and hope to stay with them.
