Par for the course maybe

The customer journey seems slow and confused. The 'ol one hand not knowing what the other is doing. I also struggled to get a proper estimate from the first of their preferred repairers, so I was unable to check what work was being done. I had to move the car to a second repairer who gave more information which gave me confidence I needed. Reviewed on: 24th July 2025
