My one and only claim

I have been with one call for a number of years now always able to talk to them just had stone chip fixed by their own people turned up on time and did a great job the only time i have put in a claim and it was dealt with professionally and aranged around my time table OUTSTANDING Reviewed on: 19th July 2025

Competitive quotes. However very hard to speak to a human being ! My lasted experience when my car broke down in a remote area (June this year) they would not send help unless I could give post code of garage I would like car taken to. Platinum Member Offer - too good to refuse!.

Easy to use website and online chat quick and efficient, particularly useful for me as I am hearing impaired. Just received my renewal quote which was less than last year with an option to become a platinum member with monthly payments by direct debit at no extra cost and a host of extras - what's not to like!
