Pretty poor performance

When booking a breakdown recovery I was given a 90 minute window. It was late and probably shouldn’t have taken 90 minutes. When I was sent a tracker for the recovery agent I saw he was at his depot. After 2 hours he hadn’t moved. I called back and was told he was on his way, I pointed out he hadn’t moved from his base for sometime. When he eventually arrived, he hadn’t been notified until my second call. Which is pretty poor performance from “One Call” Reviewed on: 19th July 2025

I have used these for years.
