Communication is very good, prices seem to be reasonable, I've never had to reach to customers services, so cannot comment on that side. But more than happy with everything else from them. Reviewed on: 16th July 2025

Platinum member for my loyalty

I have been insured with One Call for many years now for my car insurance and, as a Platinum member get an automatic reduction. Renewing is simple with One Call and I know I don't have to annually compare with other insurers to obtain a competitive quote. I have only had one claim whilst with them. Speaking to someone is easy, the company having local accessible staff on hand. They took the claim straight out of my hands and dealt with it without any recourse. I have already recommended One Call to others. Being able to speak easily to someone from the company and not a call centre is important to me as I know there will be an understanding and knowledgable individual at the other end of the line should I need them.
