I have experienced excellent customer service with One Call. My car insurance actually came down in price this year with no reduction in cover! I think One Call are a very professional & customer-focused company. I've been with them over 5 years now! I will be looking into their home insurance when mine comes up for renewal....I probably should have done so ages ago!
