First class service

I've been with one call for almost 9years. They are easy to contact if you have any queries. They don't push added extras on your plan, but are helpful with any options. My Insurance went down this year. I thought they had made a mistake, I gave them a call as I was concerned I wasn't covered. No long waiting queue to get through. I wouldn't use anyone else. Good rewards for loyal customers

On renewal I have been able to speak with a representative and negotiate better terms without any difficulty. My years of loyalty have been rewarded by an upgraded product and service team. I am able to pay monthly without any charge and my policy continues without the need for annual renewal. Reviewed on: 11th July 2025
