I had to contact customer service to check something on my insurance policy and their colleague dealt with it very promptly. Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

One Call the same as any other insurance.

It's an insurance company, they're in it to make money for themselves. Like every other insurance company they will look for any excuse NOT to pay out and they have lots of expensive legal people to help them do just that. Would I recommend them to friends, absolutely NOT, anymore than I would recommend a bank or estate agent. Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

Quick and easy to insure on line. At a great price too. One Call Insurance let's me decide how much cover l need. No high sales pressure to encourage me to buy a policy l dont need.
