I have difficulty in using the portal, it is very frustrating. I do prefer to speak to someone, but I did live chat withDJ2 And got the help I needed. I’m nearly 75 and my eyes can’t cope. I asked therefore for paper copies and DJ2 said no problem so that’s fine. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2024

Great company!
