Excellent service at a great price.

I normally change all insurers annually to get the best price but I have renewed with On Call for my Home Contents insurance for the third time as they have always given me an unbeatable rate. So far I have not had to claim so I cannot comment on this aspect. Reviewed on: 16th July 2025

I find the portal very intuitive and easy to use and understand. The team are always very proactive and the process of renewal is simple. Their pricing is fair and offers good value for money. Insane annual increase from £800 to over £3000

They increased my home insurance from £800 to over £3000 in one year. There were no changes to my cover at all and I made no claims, so this is a horrific increase that I’ve struggled to afford. Reviewed on: 16th July 2025
