Contacted One Call via Live Chat as Household Insurance renewal had increased by quite a lot for the new year - spoke to Mia (MB1) who was very helpful and found a cheaper quotation with the same benefits and lower excesses for both building and contents cover. I contacted OneCall via webchat twice to make changes and check details on my renewal. Both times the agents were helpful and unlike some other company webchats, I had their full attention and there weren't any long delays in the conversation.
