good claim handling

Easy to customise insurance option. Made a claim a few weeks after moving property (water leakage). One Claim does not handle actual claims process, but once through to underwriters claim was dealt with clearly (in terms of what they needed, etc) an quickly. Was not claiming contents or possession damage so may be more difficult evidence wise… but for a butst pupe I found them great Reviewed on: 30th August 2023
