Contacted One Call via Live Chat as Household Insurance renewal had increased by quite a lot for the new year - spoke to Mia (MB1) who was very helpful and found a cheaper quotation with the same benefits and lower excesses for both building and contents cover. Positive experience on webchat, thank you DJ2!

I contacted OneCall via webchat twice to make changes and check details on my renewal. Both times the agents were helpful and unlike some other company webchats, I had their full attention and there weren't any long delays in the conversation. Today I spoke with DJ2 who was very helpful and got everything set up for me. They were friendly and helpful and also professional and responded very quickly.. Reviewed on: 4th September 2024

Useful added extras

Their cover includes some extras for free that other providers charge quite a bit extra for, such as legal cover and home emergency, these are provided by themselves not the insurance company. Reviewed on: 4th September 2024
