Conversing on live chat following email for premium renewal I was pleasantly surprised to get a further discount. The agent BB3 did her very best to price match other quotes and instead of changing insurers I was happy to renew at a more favourable premium. Good explanations given and in a polite manner. Having received my renewal quote I checked a comparison site and found a much cheaper deal with an alternative provider. I contacted One Call via webchat, advisor LH1, and received excellent service as the cheaper quote was matched and no need for the rigmarole of swapping direct debits etc. Really appreciate the help I received. I am disabled veteran who over the past 2 years had to let my credit go because of health priorities that were not covered by VA or other insurance. No public records, only 3 open acct but several collection accts with 0 balances.
