OVERALL: Excellent customer service. Efficient redress via online portal, web chat, and telephone. Very competitive prices. DETAIL: OneCall are the most efficient insurance company - and frankly service provider - I've ever had. Resolutions are quick, easy, and equitable. There's minimal fuss on all fronts. Staff are universally informed, understanding, and kind. They divide contact methods according to type of query, which means your inquiries are always dealt with knowledgeably and efficiently (there are no bottlenecks with everyone contacting the same lines). Web chat is especially user-friendly and efficient. Wait times for telephone calls are very short, even during peak times, especially compared to competitors. Moreover, their prices are extremely competitive. If you reach out to their renewals team, you can usually secure an even better deal. They reward loyalty, and that's rare these days.
