AD8 - good service

I contacted Onecall to cancel my automatic renewal and AD8 was helpful and friendly - he managed to reduce my quote to less than a competitor. so kept me as a customer for another year Reviewed on: 25th January 2024

Do not use one call insurance

Absolutely disgusting company, house insurance rising from £28 per month to £81 , didn't see the renewal email, see the first payment and tried to cancel but refused without a massive fee. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !! Reviewed on: 29th December 2023

Unable to contact them

There are no phone No.s No email address the "customer portal" chat line isn't working, they have renewed my policy which I can't cancel because I have no means of contact Reviewed on: 8th December 2023
