Fast response and help

A first time for everything

As someone who always undertakes price comparisons at renewal time my loyalty is hard to gain. Nothing makes me want to change companies more than a renewal quote that is both higher than the previous year and than one available for new customers. For the first time ever One Call provided a quote that was lower than both. I was so shocked and surprised that I thought it was a mistake. I checked and rechecked and unbelievably it was true. Cannot be beaten

Wasn't the cheapest but offered great cover

Any slight alteration although minimal you have to pay

Contact problems

The only means of contact is thro' 'live chat on-line which means hanging on your mobile or sitting in front of your tablet/PC awaiting for replies to each question leading into another etc.. Live phone conversation should be available also. Reviewed on: 9th October 2021
