One Call the same as any other insurance.

It's an insurance company, they're in it to make money for themselves. Like every other insurance company they will look for any excuse NOT to pay out and they have lots of expensive legal people to help them do just that. Would I recommend them to friends, absolutely NOT, anymore than I would recommend a bank or estate agent. Reviewed on: 7th October 2025
