I have been with One Call for many many years now. For the first time I had to contact One Call. I spoke to a very nice polite helpful gentleman, explained my problem "issues with my payment", I was very concerned about missing a payment and not being protected, with just the one phone call my problem was solved instantly. One call was very competitive when it came to renewing my home insurance. The website was one of the easiest I've used to date and I've use many around the same time having just renewed my car insurance. If only I'd discovered One Call then.
