Excellent value and great service

I originally rang to cancel as I had inadvertently opted for insurance with my bank but they gave me a quote for the same cover which was so much cheaper than the bank I had to stay and the person I spoke with on the phone was just great about the whole thing. Returning customer and surprisingly happy

1st came to onecall years ago for car ins,( When they 1st arrived on the scene) and found the customer services and process "abrupt & cold".. However few years down the line I am more than happy with the fair and straight process. As a company local to me, its a great feeling that the Yorkshire spirit can be utilised in a national way..
