I HAVE BEEN COVERED BY ONE CALL FOR SEVERAL YEARS NO...

I HAVE BEEN COVERED BY ONE CALL FOR SEVERAL YEARS NOW AND HAVE BEEN VERY SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE PROVIDED. I RECENTLY HAD TO MAKE A HOME EMERGENCY CLAIM AND A TRADESMAN ARRIVED WITHIN ABOUT AN HOUR.. HE WAS EFFICIENT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE AND RESOLVED THE MATTER PROMPTLY LEAVING ME CONFIDENT SHOULD ANYTHING HAPPEN IN THE FUTURE. Reviewed on: 7th July 2026

Drain damage claim

I made a claim but advised fault occurred under previous year policy. Was put in touch with underwriters and claim process was fairly smooth. Some issue with the LWA response but they spoke to each other and sorted. Although they agreed to a repair I wasn't sure about digging up under my garage. So after discussing they agreed a less intrusive repair, which turned out cheaper. So win win. Reviewed on: 7th July 2026
