Still waiting my policy documents i asked to be sent

The whole experience on the website was quite easy. Its the first time ive used one call insce, the price was very competitive overall. Unfortunately i have no way of viewing or downloading my policy. I asked for it to come by post & am still waiting. I need for my solicitor & management company.
