Excellent customer service

We have had an ongoing claim for 12 months now, the delay only due to the contractor. Initially, our claim as accepted within a few days of One Call receiving all info, and they have been very understanding about the delays. They keep in touch regularly to check all going ok and they have released amounts of money as and when needed by our contractor in order to complete the job. Reviewed on: 7th August 2025
