A stressful experience at Christmas

On December 26th 2023 my hot water tank exploded sending 25 gallons of scolding hot water throughout my flat. one phone call to my insurance team put my mind to rest during a very stressful time and experience. great service,

great service, one to one service over the phone so you are not talking to a machine. Great value for money and not a large increase on last years costs. Reviewed on: 31st July 2025

One call might be able to match quote from others

I had a better quote from another company and One call was able to match the price I was offered and also the customer service person made me aware that other companies change extra for things that they include in there price and to double check when looking at quotes to see what is included.
