Claim response and excellent service.

Had to contact about home claim, was offered an immediate solution to my lounge tv, of which we had managed to damage with a hoover that day, at the time the Coroner Virus was in full flight, and the offer was to send a repairman to look and take away if required for replacement or repair, we declined this as my wife and myself are in our seventies and felt for a few hundred pound or so it would be safer to just order and get delivered outside our door a new one, the representative I was speaking to understood and we then cancelled that claim.
