Brilliant One call

Very happy been with these for years

Really happy customer joined one call, uk call centres are a bonus - always decent on the phone doesn’t take too long to get through and their online portal works well. Recommend Reviewed on: 28th August 2020

Overall great

Overall I find onecall good value for money and have been with them a number of years. Being a platinum member, the only thing I would like to change and stopped me from giving full stars is that it’s not as easy to change things like address or add a additional driver as it is for a normal customer - every time I’ve had to do this I’ve been unable to use the online chat as only the platinum team can service it. Covic discount

I called about a discount for not using my car while the covic started I have done less then 1000 miles 4 other people I know with different car insurance have got refunds of 25% Reviewed on: 28th August 2020
