easy some bits a little confusing

It was very easy to change policies, a little confusing because of items being standard and then shown as added but that was resolved by simple phone call. Reviewed on: 26th September 2022

Excellent Customer Service and easy to use app

I have been using One Call for over 3 years and have found them to exceed my expectations everytime. Always provide regular monthly updates when DD is due, good reminder to keep me on top of my banking. Provide updated information and discounts before renewal date and provide a very easy to use app with all my account and documentations. Throughly recommend One Call. Reviewed on: 14th October 2022

One Call insurance offer a wide range of products at Reasonable prices. We have always found the staff/advisors to be knowledgeable, friendly,extremely helpful and understanding, providing first class advice. They also offer rewards for loyalty through discounts. I would recommend One Call Insurance as I have been with them for. over 3 years . I have tried other insurance quotes but One Call Insurance still came out with best quotes. Customer service is brilliant. My insurance has also VIP where I can get help asap. Reviewed on: 14th October 2022
