easy some bits a little confusing

It was very easy to change policies, a little confusing because of items being standard and then shown as added but that was resolved by simple phone call. Reviewed on: 26th September 2022

Not one call

Not really one call, needed an explanation of why I was being charged more than my quote, had to call a couple of times.. Best price I could get which I was happy with but charged £3 extra as I did not inform them of a none fault accident (I didn't know as the accident was not my fault and there was no claim and no cost) charged a massive admin fee for adding the £3!
