Cooling off period ignored.

Signed up online and when I realised it wasn't suitable for me, the very next dayy I tried to cancel it. Told it would cost me £49! This was such a rip off, I bet my application hadn't even been processed! Long time in phone queue as well. So NO I would not reccommend. Reviewed on: 27th September 2022

Brilliant Insurance and customer service

My partner and I have been using thin company for our car insurances for several years now. Every year we check out quotes and the friendly customer service people always match or better any prices and have always been available with queries we have had.
