New Customer Experience

My car insurance was due for renewal at the end of August 2022. As I always check prices before renewing, One Call beat my renewal quote with my current insurer by £40 for exactly the same cover. So far I’m impressed! Reviewed on: 26th September 2022

Easy application,

I've been very happy with one call insurance, the premium is very competitive, the website is easy to understand and the chat service is great, although the queues are very lengthy to actually get through, and the messages are long and drawn out due to, I'm sure, customer assistants helping multiple clients queries.
