Top service year after year.

I have used one call for many years and managed to get my 80 year old mother on to them. She is thrilled to bits as she can always talk to someone who she can understand and they always sort everything without having to go on line, not everyone is handy with a mouse. Very quick resolution to a prob;em

Whilst comparing quotes from various insurer on a price comparison site - using Firefox web browser - I mistakenly filed in a crucial item in another brokers window !!! all seemed OK until a few days later One Call informed me that I hadn't completed the insurance acceptance. Immediately I corrected the mistake and confirmed problem solved using the live chat where I conversed with someone who understood my concern confirming that everything was now OK. Great customer service and an easy policy to understand

Savings made was a vast improvement compared to quote received for renewal. Easy to understand the instructions for the extras for car insurance if needed. Wouldn't shop anywhere else!!!

One call is literally all it took to convince me to go with this firm. My son as a new driver struggled to find a reasonable insurance company but you guys made it pain free and at a great price. We'd always recommend to anyone. Reviewed on: 26th September 2022
