Sensibly priced cover

Having cancelled my previous policy with a competitor, I put in a great deal of research to find an alternative who not only followed through with a markedly lower priced policy, but also offered excellent customer service and I'm pleased to say, One Call fit the bill in every single way, exceptional service at a sensible and realistic price. Straight forward & Easy! No Faff!

Other Insurance companies I’ve had before always come with such faff, emails, letters, documents to sign, scan and send. But One Call Insurance made it all so simple and straight forward. It’s great to have reminder emails that my car insurance is due so I always make sure I can move money in before hand which is great in the current circumstances our country is facing! It’s all very straight forward on their website if you have any problems and very quick! Along with the customer service being very polite! If I remember he was called David and made enough time for me along with a few laughs! Definitely the type of company you DONT dread calling up and being on hold for an hour listening to classical on repeat! COMPLETELY the opposite….a quick sing along to watermelon sugar and I was straight through to David! I’ve only been with OneCall for 2 years…and I tend to be for a few more! Thanks guys! Good Luck! Since being a customer with One call insurance, I can honestly say I'm very happy. Any queries are dealt with in minutes with no problem. All the agents are very friendly and helpful. I'm also happy with my premium which is affordable and easy to arrange. All in all a great service. Reviewed on: 26th September 2022
