I was told told One Call Insurance was only a broker. I received absolutely no response from the underwriter over my claim.

My vehicle was damaged by car thieves. When I made my claim, One Call Insurance referred me to the underwriter, AXA. I was promised twice by AXA that it would contract me, but they have never materialised. It cost me over £20 with a total duration of 6 hours 5 minutes. I sent multiple emails to AXA to inquire the collection and repair of my vehicle, but I have so far received no response. I chatted with One Call Insurance online with its claims and complaint departments but they just said I had to contact AXA. No help is provided. One Call Insurance is the one to avoid.
