Easy, quick and helpful

I couldn't update my new vehicle details via the app as the car had been on private plates, so I was forwarded to live chat, which is brilliant as I have children and its not always easy to hear on the phone. I got my new quote quickly, I did get disconnected from chat when I went to pay so I started another chat and was quickly helped with finishing the changes and making the payment. Good customer service with real people and a competitive price
