Poor communication

Hi the name of your company is ONE CALL but trying to get hold of someone on the phone is impossible.. I went to renew my car insurance and spent 1hr 45mins on live chat!!! This was a joke, when my renew is up I will be looking for another broker that talks to its customers.. I am very said with the way I feel because I have been with you for s number of years.. No Hassle Insurance

Nothing is too much trouble, if you call with a problem it gets sorted, if you want to add or change cover it's easy. The prices are competitive year after year ( not like some ) so I'm very happy to stay with One Call. Reviewed on: 14th October 2022
