A responsive insurance company

Twice this year I have been in touch with one call insurance. Once to renew and once to update policy. Both times have been via the web chat. This is the way forward for insurance and both my experiences have been very positive. The two operators I have had have been extremely responsive and knowledgeable. There was no wasting of my time through both times, I felt I was dealt with professionally and politely. Actions speak louder than words and after each cal I could view my renewal and my update I requested. I have remained with one call for several years now and not just for price. Just a greedy company that won't talk to paying customers

They have amazing avoidance tactics and actively lie about their products for the sake of a sale. They seem to be unregulated as I'm not able to make a formal complaint. Reviewed on: 27th August 2021

A fantastic insurance company , always helpful .

I recently had to get in touch with Onecall because my windscreen got a stone chip , they were very helpful in assisting me to get the chip repaired with no fuss , they are always looking for the best price insurance and easy to contact either by phone or internet. Reviewed on: 26th August 2021
