I had a really bad experience with one call insurance

I was lead to believe that i wa getting free breakdown cover with my insurance policy, when i rang them up i was told i would have to pay £10.00 per mile to be taken home after my car had broken down....They where still adamant that i had free breakdown, but as i explained how can it be free when you have to pay.
